Resetting Points

Resetting points is an important administrative tool within the gamification system on the Rawam platform. It allows administrators to reset users' points (whether positive or negative) to zero, preparing for a new evaluation cycle, launching a new competition, or measuring users' performance over a specific period without being affected by previous evaluations.

• Creating a Fair Competitive Environment: By resetting points for all participants before starting competitions or evaluation campaigns.
