Measurements Management

The Measurements module in the Rawam platform allows for the creation of electronic assessments designed to evaluate users' awareness across various cybersecurity topics. It provides advanced tools for defining questions, customizing target groups, analyzing results, and reviewing participants' performance with precision. The module supports both mandatory and optional assessments and offers detailed reports to aid in improving cybersecurity awareness initiatives.

Create or Edit Measurement

The creation or editing form consists of three main sections:

  1. Measurement Info:
    • Title and description (Arabic & English)
    • Start and end dates
    • Enable/disable the measurement
    • Mark it as mandatory
  2. Topics Customization:
    • Select question categories
    • Set number of questions and pass percentage
  3. Target Departments:
    • Choose specific internal departments (e.g., Default, Students, Media, etc.)

Send Notification Window

  • Use this screen to notify users about a new or mandatory measurement.
  • Notification type: "New Measurement" or "Mandatory Measurement"
  • You can trigger the alert immediately or schedule it for a future date.


Previous Notifications Screen

This screen allows admins to review all notifications related to the current measurement, whether sent instantly or scheduled.

If no notifications are found, the system displays: "No entries found."


Measurement Reports

Each measurement report contains four main tabs:

Unattended Users List

Shows users who did not participate in the assessment at all.


Success List

Shows users who passed the measurement.


Failure Users

Lists users who participated but did not meet the success criteria.


Answer Level List

Displays performance per question, including correct/incorrect response percentages and topic classification.
