Getting Started​

Users begin interacting with the Awareness Platform by logging in with their designated accounts. These accounts may be:

  • Their institutional Windows LDAP account (linked to the organization's Active Directory), or
  • A local account created specifically within the platform.

The System Administrator can control the login page settings from the admin dashboard, including:

  • Platform logo
  • Side image
  • Background image
  • Displaying the platform name

If the platform is configured with multiple LDAP sources, the user must first select the correct source before logging in.

LDAP Source Selection

To log in as a System Administrator, your account must have the appropriate permissions. These permissions are typically granted during system installation and setup by the technical support team
