Certificate Setup​

The Certificate Setup section allows administrators to design and upload certificate templates for training programs, available in both Arabic and English.

Through this section, administrators can create a customized certificate template used for issuing automatic certificates to trainees upon successful completion of a training program.

Certificate Template Management​

  • Allows the administrator to view the list of previously added templates.
  • Contains information such as:
    • Name in Arabic
    • Name in English
    • Upload date
  • The following actions can be performed on each template:
    • Edit
    • Delete
    • Preview the template in both languages (Arabic / English)

Add or Edit Certificate Template​

  • Allows the upload of the certificate template as a PNG file.
  • The required fields include:
    • Name in Arabic
    • Name in English
    • Upload the certificate in Arabic
    • Upload the certificate in English
  • After filling in the details, press "Save" to confirm the template.

Arabic Training Certificate Template​

  • The certificate template contains editable elements such as:
    • Trainee name
    • Program name
    • Completion date
  • The template includes a "double-click to edit ..." placeholder for dynamic fields where content is automatically inserted.

Arabic Training Certificate

English Training Certificate Template​

  • Identical to the Arabic template in terms of design and functionality, but in English.
  • Includes:
    • Trainee name
    • Program name
    • Completion date
